Quick tip

③ Form Filling/ Joint Exam & Homunculus (Tender/Swollen/Damaged) / EMR Forms Directly

Use the Form Filling Feature to automatically populate A Rheumatology Homunculus to record joint counts rapidly:

  • Click Here to Directly View the Rheumatology Homunculus Form to Fill
    • Any forms you would like filled (ie. image based PDFs) can be uploaded to Scribeberry via the + New Form Button (Available once subscribed)
      • Differentiator vs Other Scribes: Scribeberry will auto-tag any forms you would like to fill - including PDFs or images, so you can get started right away
  • Saved counts can flow into your note and calculators (see Disease Activity section below)
  • Export: Include the homunculus in your encounter PDF (for the chart or sharing).
Status (CRA feedback)

④ Disease Activity & PROs — Calculators Covered

Scribeberry templates can auto‑calculate scores once the required inputs are captured (from transcription, patient‑reported fields, exam, and labs). Each is available as a template you can use with any note you generate using the talk-back feature:

See Timestamped Video below:

Here is how to do it:

  1. Generate a Note of your choice (ie. Rheumatology consult)
  1. Once a note generates, use the bottom talk-back bar to ask for any of the below scores using the “/” key
    1. Eg. “Calculate the /Pain Score from the context for the above patient”
  1. The score will calculate and display after your generated note
