Status (CRA feedback)
④ Disease Activity & PROs — Calculators Covered
Scribeberry templates can auto‑calculate scores once the required inputs are captured (from transcription, patient‑reported fields, exam, and labs). Each is available as a template you can use with any note you generate using the talk-back feature:
See Timestamped Video below:
Here is how to do it:
- Generate a Note of your choice (ie. Rheumatology consult)
- Once a note generates, use the bottom talk-back bar to ask for any of the below scores using the “/” key
- Eg. “Calculate the /Pain Score from the context for the above patient”
- The score will calculate and display after your generated note

Integrations (Accuro, Chrome Extension, Doc Note)
Accuro (API)
- Our Accuro Integration allows for numerous use cases
- Accessing your patient schedule directly inside Scribeberry
- Pulling data directly from Accuro into your visit as context (including custom bands)
- Pushing the note back into Accuro from Scribeberry
- To get started, you need a pro Scribeberry account and need to fill out Accuro’s Vendor Intake Form.
- It takes ~7–10 days for QHR to activate the Accuro integration after submitting the vendor form; plan ahead. Once you get credentials back from Accuro, we will get you set up right away
Chrome Extension (web EMRs)
- Pull data from web‑based EMRs and compose notes directly in‑browser; includes highlighting, screenshots, and templating. (Beta stability improvements in progress.)
- For access, email hello@scribeberry.com
Doc Note (private services & payments)
- Integration enables you to get paid for sick notes or other private medical notes directly through Scribeberry (Coming Soon)
