Step 1: Connect Your DocNote Account

If You Don't Have a DocNote Account Yet

1. Go to app.DocNote.com/physician and Sign Up

2. Complete your profile with:
• MPC Number (Medical Practitioner Certificate)
• Digital Signature
• Practice Information

Connect to Scribeberry

1. In Scribeberry: Go to Settings → Integrations

2. Find the DocNote card and click Connect

3. Sign in with your DocNote email and password

4. Enter the 6-digit verification code sent to your email

5. Success! Your integration is now connected

Step 4: Using DocNote in Your Workflow

Creating and Sending Notes

1. Create your note in Scribeberry (dictation, templates, or manual)

2. Click the $ "Send to DocNote" button on any completed note that you would like to bill the patient for (Sick Notes, Uninsured Services)

3. Select or create patient:

Existing DocNote Patient:

• Search by OHIP, name, or email
• Select from results

New Patient:

• Search shows "not found"
• Fill in patient details
• DocNote will create and invite them automatically

4. Select service (e.g., "Sick Note")

5. Adjust price if needed (optional)

6. Click "Send & Earn $XX"

What Happens Next

1. Patient receives an email with payment link

2. Patient pays securely through DocNote

3. Note is automatically delivered to patient after payment

4. You get paid directly to your account

5. Patient is added to your DocNote practice (if new)
